It is a newly built accommodation, occupying the ground floor of a separate building adjacent to our home. The property spans an expansive 3000 m², fully enclosed and offering ample parking. With two delightful terraces, one facing north and the other south, guests can indulge in moments of relaxation at any time of day. Our guest house comfortably accommodates a couple and one child.

The spacious room, measuring 28 m², features a cozy double bed (140 cm) and a well-appointed bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. For those seeking outdoor adventures such as mountain biking or hiking, Jean-Marie is eager to share his expertise and accompany guests on explorations of the picturesque hills surrounding us.

Situated amidst the renowned Cahors vineyards and in close proximity to the wine route, our guest house is an ideal base for wine enthusiasts. Additionally, the nearby towns of Cahors, Figeac, Sarlat, Domme, Montcuq, Rocamadour, and St. Cirq-Lapopie offer a wealth of cultural and historical attractions waiting to be discovered.

To start the day off on a delicious note, Marie will delight guests with a breakfast spread featuring her homemade jams, ensuring a delightful and flavorful morning experience.

The property is set on a spacious 3000 sqm plot, fully enclosed with a motorized gate for secure parking. Ideal for a romantic getaway, the cottage comfortably accommodates 2 people. The well-appointed room spans 28 m² and features a comfortable double bed (140 cm), a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet, and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a sink, 2 hobs, kettle, and microwave.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Jean-Marie, our friendly host, is more than happy to provide tips and guidance for mountain biking or hiking adventures in the picturesque hills surrounding us. The cottage is also perfectly situated in the heart of the Cahors vineyards, offering easy access to the renowned wine route. You can explore nearby attractions such as Cahors, Figeac, Sarlat, Domme, Montcuq, Rocamadour, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.

Additionally, a covered terrace with a barbecue is available for your enjoyment. Please note that breakfast is not provided, and linen is not included.

Accueil familial, chaleureux et très sympathique dans un cadre apaisant au cur du vignoble de cahors. La chambre est très agréable. Habitué des chambres d'hôtes, je ne peux que la conseiller.

Directions

To reach the destination from Cahors, take the D27 road (located at the left bank Valentré Bridge) towards Trespoux-Rassiels. Drive through LACAPELLE and then make a right turn before exiting the village, following the sign for the C16 fleet. The house will be located 200 meters to the left after entering the village. Look out for a small red sign reading "guest house" on the roadside.
