This village house is an ancient and independent property located on the edge of a wooded area. It boasts a charming enclosed garden of 600m. The house offers a parking space outside as well as a private courtyard that is securely closed.

Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has direct access to a lovely terrace. The living room, measuring 30m, features a cozy wood stove, two single beds (90cm), a television, and WIFI access.

The house includes a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron for your convenience.

For dining options, there is a very nice hostel located just 1km away, offering local specialties. If desired, there is the possibility of arranging end-of-stay cleaning for an additional fee of 40. Bed sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival. The tourist tax is also included in the rental price.

Directions

To reach the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
- After exiting the A31 motorway at NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES, head towards the "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany by taking the D25 road.
- Continue on the D35 road, following the signs for Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany.
- Keep going straight until you reach a junction, where you should turn left towards MESSANGES.
- Continue straight ahead until you reach number 20 on rue vineyards, where the house is located on your left.
