Florence and Eric invite you to their stunning property in the picturesque area near a charming town in Lot and Garonne. Situated near the famous Bonaguil castle, their white stone property offers a beautiful studio of 25 m2, perfect for two people, with all the necessary comforts. The studio includes a comfortable 160x200 bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Additionally, there is a dining area, lounge area, TV, internet, CD radio, and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

During your stay, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the 6m by 11m pool. You will also have access to a summer kitchen with a dining area and barbecue. The property offers various recreational activities such as football and bocce. The 2.3-hectare park features adorable pygmy goats and an orchard where you can pick fresh fruits. Parking, carport, and a garden are also available. Please note that pets are welcome but certain conditions apply, which can be discussed during the booking process. Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price.

For your convenience, a cot with a high chair, washing machine, dryer, ironing board with iron, and other amenities are available upon request. Florence and Eric are dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable stay and are happy to assist with any additional needs.

Meals with the hosts and breakfast can be arranged upon request.

Weekend rates are as follows:
- 1 night: 60 euros
- 2 nights: 110 euros
- 3 nights: 160 euros
- Other rates: 360 euros

Please note the following rates for different seasons:
- Very high season: 340 euros
- High season: 280 euros
- Season: 250 euros
- Low season: 300 euros
- Caution animal: 30 euros
- Supplement for heating in winter (November 01 to March 01)

In the nearby city of Fumel, you can find a communal pool, shops, restaurants, a toy library, library, horse riding, rowing, canoeing, and various attractions within a 30-kilometer radius, such as castles, golf courses, rope sports, playgrounds, vineyards, markets, and museums.
