Located 15 km from Agen, the hamlet of Gil sits atop the hills on the right bank of the Garonne River, offering stunning views of the Mass Valley. Set on an expansive 8-hectare property, this charming bed and breakfast is housed in a 16th-century building.

The ground floor of the MYOSOTIS house features a cozy 25 m² room with a 140 cm bed and an additional 90 cm bed, a wardrobe, a shower with a toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace. On the first floor, the Red rooms offer a 140 cm bed and two single beds, a wardrobe, and a shower with a WC.

On-site, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the 50 m² outdoor swimming pool, as well as meet our friendly Angora goats, which produce the renowned mohair, and our lovable donkeys. We also offer babysitting services upon request.

For those looking to explore the area, there are plenty of walking tours available. The medieval village of Clermont Dessous, with its 11th-century church, is just 2.5 km away. The village of Port St. Mary, with its shops, is 5 km away, and the exotic greenhouse of Colayrac is only 7 km away.

"Welcome to your charming cottage, nestled on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne River, just 15 km from Agen. Located in the picturesque hamlet of Gil, overlooking the stunning Valley of the mass, this cottage offers a tranquil escape on a sprawling 8-hectare property.

The cottage itself is housed in a beautifully restored 16th-century building, adjacent to the owners' residence but offering complete privacy. Surrounded by lush green meadows and rolling hills, it provides a serene retreat for up to 6 guests.

Inside, the cottage features three cozy bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom offers two 90 cm beds and convenient storage, while the second bedroom also has two 90 cm beds and ample storage space. The third bedroom boasts a comfortable 140 cm bed and a spacious cupboard. A well-appointed shower room with a toilet completes the upstairs accommodations.

On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming living room and dining area, spanning 25.5 m². Furnished with a rustic sofa-bed that can accommodate two additional guests, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a farm-style dining table with four chairs and a bench, this space opens onto a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the meadows and groves, facing southwest.

The fully equipped kitchen, spanning 18 m², features modern amenities such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and various kitchen appliances and utensils. A convenient toilet and sink are also located on the ground floor.

Directions

To access the destination, follow these revised travel directions: Starting from Agen, take the N113 road in the direction of Bordeaux. After Lapoulaille, make a right turn and then proceed for 100 meters before turning left towards St. Medard. At the end of this road, turn left again towards Clermont Dessous. After 100 meters, take a right turn onto The Gil. Keep going until you reach the last house on this route.
