Immerse yourself in the tranquil and preserved surroundings, offering breathtaking views of the Augeron bocage.

The gite features a welcoming living room with a traditional Norman fireplace, exposed beams, and tiled floors, equipped with a TV, TNT, and DVD player. The fully furnished and equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and a cellar with a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two 90cm beds (with the possibility of adding an additional 90cm bed), a bedroom with a 140cm bed, and a hydromassage shower room with toilet.

This typical house boasts half-timbered walls, exposed beams, tiled floors, and hardwood parquet. Enjoy the privacy of your own private grounds and parking space.

Pognandière is surrounded by numerous hiking trails and offers various nearby attractions, such as the famous village of Camembert, known for its delicious cheese, just 5km away. The National Stud Farm of the Pine is also within close proximity, only 13km away. Additionally, popular destinations like Caen, Deauville, Honfleur, the D-Day landing beaches are just an hour away, and Paris is only a 2.5-hour drive.
