Built in the early 20th century during the construction of the new road connecting Clermont l'Hérault, it exudes the charm of old houses. With spacious rooms, windows overlooking the beautiful surrounding countryside, and thick walls that provide relief from the summer heat, this 90 m² lodging is perfect for a comfortable stay in the heart of the village. Additionally, the inviting fireplace provides cozy warmth during the winter months. Behind the house, you'll find a picturesque view of the river, vineyards, and scrubland.

Directions

In the village of Cabrières, go to the center of town across from the town hall/mairie. From there, head towards les Crozes. Look for the sign that says Le Cadran Solaire and follow the descriptive directions. Le Cadran Solaire is situated at the end of a private road, past the panel near the cemetery. Its coordinates are latitude 43°3441"N and longitude 3°2146"E.
