This is a spacious seaside villa located in St Aubin sur Mer, just 200 meters away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Alabaster Coast. The villa is approved by Gîtes de France with a 3-ear rating and can accommodate up to 17 people comfortably. With a living space of 175m² and sitting on a 1500m² plot of land, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Outside, there is a small tarred closed court with outdoor furniture, a fixed barbecue for outdoor cooking, a ping pong table for some fun and games, and a lockable shed to store bicycles securely. Additionally, there is a small bedroom with a single bed and another bedroom with two single beds, both equipped with toys, board games, and dress-up costumes, as well as a washbasin. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a shower with a toilet.

Moving inside, the ground floor features a dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room, spanning 47m², offers a stunning view of the sea through its 10 large windows. It is furnished with a French billiards table (180/100), a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a small working fireplace.

The first and second floors house a total of 5 bedrooms, including 4 double beds, 9 single beds, and 3 cots, all provided with covers, duvet-covers, and pillows. There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. The villa is equipped with central heating and offers amenities for babies.

Optional sheet rental is available at a cost of 6 euros per pair, and there is an additional cleaning supplement of 60 euros. Furthermore, fresh fish can be purchased directly from the fishermen's boats every morning. For shopping needs, the nearby towns of Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux are just 10 minutes away and offer a variety of options. St Valéry en Caux also has a pleasure port with a tourist office, a casino, a swimming pool, an aerodrome, and a hospital. The popular beach resort of Dieppe can be reached in just 25 minutes.

In the vicinity, there are numerous beautiful floral parks such as the Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur mer, as well as charming castles and stately homes to explore. For those who enjoy walking, there are plenty of hiking trails along the shoreline or through the countryside.

Directions

From Paris, travel 200km towards Rouen. Take the direction towards Barentin on A15 until you reach Pavilly. From there, follow D142 towards Limésy/Yerville. When you reach Yerville, turn right onto D142 towards SAINT LAURENT Cx, then continue towards Fountain Dun and St Pierre the viger. Next, take D237 towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man. At Dun Borough, make a right turn towards St Aubin. Look out for "the Saltworks" and then take a left onto D75 towards St Aubin. Descend the street towards "the beach". The entrance will be on your left, after a series of letter-boxes belonging to postal and telecommunications authorities. Alternatively, if coming from Rouen, take the direction towards Dieppe. At St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville, then follow D54 to Ouville the river, D925 to Bourg Dun, and finally D237 to St Aubin on sea.
