Our location in the village of Pontgibaud is an ideal starting point for hikes, with direct access to the marked trails of Puy de Dôme. Additionally, you can visit and participate in the activities at "Vulcania," the renowned European center for volcanism.
Nature enthusiasts will be enchanted by the stunning Sioule gorges, offering both tranquility and a range of water activities such as canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, and fly fishing. During the winter season, our house is conveniently situated just 30 kilometers from the ski slopes of Mont Dore. The famous Sancy massif, known for its vibrant hiking trails and natural beauty, is a mere 30-minute drive away, allowing you to discover the beauty of the Auvergne mountains.
