Each of the four rooms features a cozy double bed measuring 160x200 and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the rooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, while another offers the flexibility of a 180x200 bed that can be split into two 90x200 beds.

Surrounded by a sprawling one-hectare park, you will find various outdoor dining areas with barbecue facilities, a wooden terrace with a table and garden furniture, and a dedicated parking space. As an added bonus, a charming chalet with a fully equipped kitchen, including a sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, is at your disposal.

Immerse yourself in the splendor of the nearby Anse du Croc sandy beach, adorned with picturesque dunes, and enjoy breathtaking views of Cape Fréhel, its lighthouse, and Vauban tower, all just a short 600-meter stroll away.

Our house is also situated at the starting point of the cycle route and greenway No. 4 in Brittany, making it an ideal destination for cycling enthusiasts.
