It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, and crockery for 4 people. The sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping space, and a TV is also available. The bedroom offers a cozy atmosphere with a 160X200 bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom designed to meet PMR standards, complete with a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Additionally, amenities such as an iron and ironing board, dryer, broom, and vacuum cleaner are provided for your convenience. Bed linen is included, and towels can be rented for a small fee of 10 for a pack of 2. The cottage features a wooden terrace, a lawn, and private parking, ensuring complete independence during your stay. Situated in the tranquil countryside of Lecelles, in the North of France, the cottage is conveniently located near local shops, producers, and the thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux (7 minutes away). It is also easily accessible, being situated between Valenciennes (20 minutes) and Lille (40 minutes), with the Belgian border only 500m away. Additional nearby attractions include Tournai (20 minutes), Pasino de Saint Amand, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, and a variety of restaurants. The location is ideal for leisurely walks or bike rides. Please note that this cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Prices for the cottage start at 350 per week, 600 for 2 weeks, 750 for 3 weeks, and 900 per month. There is no tourist tax, but a cleaning charge of 30 is mandatory.
