This furnished apartment on the first floor of a villa offers a delightful southwest exposure. It boasts a private terrace and parking for your convenience. The accommodation comes with fresh sheets and towels provided. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The apartment features two rooms, each with a double bed. One room faces east while the other enjoys a southwest view. The bathroom between them is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully functional and includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4-ring hob, and a dishwasher. The dining room and living room area face south, providing beautiful views of the sea through the pine forest. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace located in the garden, which offers stunning southwest views of the Gulf through the pine forest.

The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine and all necessary dishes and utensils for daily living. Rates vary depending on the period, number of guests, and length of stay.
