"Smart Living" offers an independent apartment with a private entrance through a charming courtyard garden. This unique 15th century stone house maintains its original features, such as stone flag floors and authentic "French-style" ceilings. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with an induction cooker, top fridge, microwave oven, crockery, and kitchen utensils. The spacious 20m2 bedroom includes a double bed, single bed, and storage unit. The bathroom features a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Houselinen is provided for your convenience.

Directions

The destination is located 15 kilometers west of Nîmes. To get there from the A9, take the Gallargues exit and then follow the N113 towards Nîmes. After crossing the Bas Rhône canal, take the D1 road to Calvisson. Upon reaching the village, look for signs leading to the house, which is located two doors past the town hall (mairie). A convenient and secure parking area is available on the main square of Calvisson, behind the small supermarket Casino. It is only a five-minute walk from the parking area to the house.
