Bathed in natural light, the house features a spacious south-facing terrace that overlooks the treetops, providing breathtaking views and a perfect spot to soak up the sun, relax in the spa pool, or enjoy a delightful dinner cooked on the plancha. With a generous 175 square meters of space, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. It offers two bedrooms with double beds (160×200), a spare bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a large room with four single beds (90×200), and three bathrooms (including two Italian showers and one bathtub).

The expansive living room, which opens onto the terrace, boasts a cozy fireplace and a stylish dining area. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a triple induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your stay is comfortable, including amenities such as WiFi, TV, washing machine, and dryer.
