We stayed with roselayne and Gerard in May 2016 in the double room. I can most heartedly recommend the room and the hosts. The bed and the room were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hosts were great, and the area is beautiful. If you want peace and quiet this is the place.

Directions

To reach your destination, start by heading south towards Annecy Sud. Follow the signs for Tuna and continue until you reach Lake Veyrier. From there, proceed towards Menthon St Bernard / Talloire. Just before reaching Talloires, take a left turn towards Forclaz pass. Descend the pass for approximately 1.5 km until you come across a sign for Montmin. Take a left turn at the sign and continue uphill until you reach the church. After passing the church, you will see a road with a sign indicating it is only accessible to residents. Ignore this sign and turn left onto the private road. The first cottage you come across will be on your left.
