This 110 m² cottage is perfect for a group of 5 to 6 people. The living room, with a size of 30 m², is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and mini CD radio. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric oven, 1 hotplate, 3 gas fireplaces, a refrigerator, and a fireplace with a wood stove.

There are two bedrooms in the cottage. The first bedroom has a bed measuring 160 x 200, while the second bedroom has two beds measuring 90 x 190. Additionally, there is an independent room with a bed measuring 140 x 190, along with a shower room and a separate toilet.

For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron table, washbasin, and an additional toilet. Enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and castle from the terrace. The private garden, measuring 110 m², is fenced and includes garden furniture and a barbecue.

There is also a garage available for your use. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the cottage and no pets are permitted.

Directions

To reach the house, follow these travel directions: Depart from the A75 motorway and take exit 15. Proceed by turning left towards St Germain Lembron. Then, turn right towards Boudes, and afterwards, turn right towards Chalus. Upon reaching the entrance of Chalus, you will find the house located behind the barn with the red porch.
