Despite being situated in a less touristy area of Le Gosier, our holiday rental provides convenient access to everything you need. From the beach to shopping to exploring the various parts of the Guadeloupe Archipelago, you'll be close to it all.

Inside, you'll find the comfort of an air-conditioned bedroom featuring a queen-size double bed (160x200cm). The living room provides the perfect space to unwind after a day in the sun. How about a friendly foosball match? The sofa bed is ideal for sleeping, reading, or enjoying the available amenities like Wi-Fi and Canalsat TV.

The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table on your balcony, accommodating up to 4 guests. The bathroom boasts a balneo shower, a spacious double sink, and a toilet. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets, ironing facilities, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fan, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and a cot (available upon request).

Spanning 50 m2, the apartment also features a lovely private wooden terrace of 25 m2. It has an independent entrance and is located within the owners' villa. Towels, bed linen, and tourist tax are included in the price. Additionally, there is a private parking space on site secured by an automatic gate. Smoking indoors, as well as pets and parties, are strictly prohibited.
