With a total area of 40 m2, the ground floor comprises an entrance and a well-equipped bathroom, while the upper floor boasts a living and sleeping area, as well as a kitchenette with breathtaking views of the Rance river. We have carefully curated a warm and inviting interior using high-quality materials to enhance your comfort during your stay. In addition to its cozy ambiance, the cottage offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience on the banks of Rance, conveniently located near restaurants and popular tourist attractions in the region. Moreover, a charming terrace awaits you on the upper level. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 nights is required during peak season. Access to the rental is via a communal road. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and a fully equipped bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and shower. Ascend the spiral staircase, illuminated by two large windows facing east and west, to discover the kitchenette, terrace, and the combined living and sleeping area (featuring convertible sofas) with captivating views of the harbor.
