Description for Gite

Welcome to our newly renovated glamping site! In 2017, we installed all new safari tents to provide our guests with a luxurious camping experience. Say goodbye to sleeping on the floor and shared bathrooms, and say hello to the great outdoors and comfortable accommodations.

At our site, you won't find loud music or cars right next to the tents. We believe in creating a peaceful atmosphere for our guests. With only 6 tents, each with its own unique decoration, we ensure a small-scale and intimate experience. For those seeking extra privacy, we have one tent that is slightly separate from the others.

Spread over a spacious 1.25-acre field, our tents offer breathtaking views of the surrounding fields. Each tent features a veranda, comfortable beds (which we sleep on too!), a dining table and chairs, and a cozy sitting area. Mosquito nets are provided for all beds. Additionally, each tent has its own bathroom just a few steps away, which has been newly renovated with brand new shower rooms. We even personalize the bathroom doors with your family name, making it truly your own during your stay.

Our site also includes a large former cow barn that serves as a multi-purpose space. Enjoy breakfast here, which is included in your stay. You can also make tea and coffee, store your items in the fridge, and use the free BBQs available for guests. If you don't feel like cooking, you can join us for a delicious dinner by adding your name to the list. Alternatively, you have the option to rent a mobile cooking unit to cook at your own tent. For cooler nights during the off-season, you can rent a gas heating unit, or we can provide you with hot water bottles and extra blankets free of charge.
