The Jeanquet consists of 5 delightful cottages that can accommodate 2 to 5 people. This beautiful farmhouse from the 18th century is situated at the end of a quiet dead end road, ensuring a peaceful and noise-free environment. Each cottage has been lovingly restored to maintain the authentic character of the region, with features such as old tiles, exposed frames, stone walls, and scraped plaster, adding a special charm to the property.The cottages offer 1 or 2 rooms, accommodating up to 5 people. Equipped kitchens are provided, allowing guests to be self-sufficient and prepare their desired dishes. Barbecues and a washing machine are also available for use. Children will delight in the opportunity to interact with Pepita the mare and Cherry the ponette. Additionally, guests have the option to keep their horses in our meadow.
On-site amenities include a shared swimming pool (15x6 m) and a children's paddling pool (3x3 m) for the enjoyment of guests staying in any of the 5 cottages. There is also a spacious garden with trees and flowers, a playground for children, a table tennis area, and a serene atmosphere.
Just 300 meters away, La Bergerie is a private gite with its own secure swimming pool (11x5 m), ideal for up to 10 people in its 4 bedrooms. It features 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and a large covered terrace of 40 m2 with a magnificent panoramic view.
Within 3 km, the charming 13th-century Bastide town of Villeréal awaits, offering a variety of shops, multiple farmers markets each week, and essential services including a medical office.
All necessary linens, including duvets and towels, are provided, and baby equipment is available free of charge. Pets are welcome without any additional charges. Free Wi-Fi is also available. We accept Chèques Vacances (French holiday vouchers).
During July and August, weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday, while the rest of the year allows for nightly rentals.
