For stays lasting one week or more, we provide bed linen and towels at no additional cost. However, for shorter stays, there is an option to rent a towel kit for 8E per person and bed linen for an additional 8E per person. Rest assured, if you choose this option, the beds will be made for your arrival.

Regarding electricity usage, we offer a flat rate of 8 KWH per day. Any additional usage will be charged at a rate of 0.50E per kwh, as recorded by the meter at the time of your stay.

Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 800E is required, which will be fully refunded if the condition of the place is satisfactory. In the event that the household needs to be redone, 160E will be deducted from the deposit.
