Description for Gite

This charming cottage is perfect for up to 4 guests and offers a very comfortable stay. The interior features beautiful stone walls, some of which are exposed and others covered with wood.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an old chimney, providing a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen spans 15 square meters. The living room/dining area is also located on the ground floor and boasts a fireplace with a sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 additional guests. This spacious area measures 40 square meters. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find two well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, suitable for 2 adults, as well as space for a baby cot. This room covers an area of 25 square meters. The second bedroom features two single beds and spans 15 square meters.

Outside, there is a separate building that can be used for storage, such as bicycles or a canoe. This building also houses a washing machine and a clothes drying area. The cottage is surrounded by a lovely garden measuring 800 square meters, which is enclosed by a hedge made of woodland plants.

Directions

To get to St Brieuc, you can take either N12 or E50. When leaving St Brieuc, head towards Lanvollon and Paimpol on D6. In Lanvollon, continue following the signs for Paimpol on D7. When you reach the entrance of Paimpol, do not take the roundabout towards Lézardrieux and Tréguier on D786. Instead, take the roundabout towards Penhoat (approximately ¾ of the way around). After about 4 km, you will see a sign for the Penhoat hamlet. Take the first left after 200m. After 1 km, you will see a sign for Danot. Take the left at the crossroads after 100m. TY LEFF house is located 100m down the road on the left, with the number 10.
