The apartment overlooks the park of the residence and can accommodate up to 3 people, but is ideal for 2. It features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with toilet, a fully renovated kitchenette, and a living room with a non-enclosed sleeping area.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom area and a double sofa bed in the living area.

To secure your reservation, a signed contract and a deposit check are required. The remaining balance of the rental, as well as the deposit, must be paid upon arrival.

The apartment is equipped with new appliances such as a TV, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer.

The bathroom is furnished with a large wall mirror above the sink unit and the toilet, and another mirror is fixed on the inside of the door.

To make a reservation, the tenant must sign the contract and provide a deposit check for 30% of the total rent. The reservation becomes final and confirmed once the completed and signed lease, along with the deposit check, are received. The remaining balance of the rental, as well as the deposit, must be paid upon arrival before receiving the keys.

Upon arrival, a guarantee check must be given to the owner's representative and will be held during your stay.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the advertised price, except during low season when a flat rate of 105 per week is charged.

In the event of cancellation, the tenant will lose the deposit paid if cancellation is made less than one month before the lease starts. Additionally, if cancellation is made less than one month before the lease starts, the tenant will be responsible for paying the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent as a penalty.

Check-in takes place on Saturday, and the owner delegates the reception to their representative on site. The representative will coordinate the arrival and departure times and address any issues or difficulties regarding the accommodation during your stay.

Upon check-in, 2 keychains will be provided, one of which includes the remote control for the residence's gate and underground garages. In case of loss, a fee of 120 will be charged for the larger keychain with 4 keys, and a fee of 60 will be charged for the smaller keychain with 3 keys.

The apartment includes 3 pool bracelets for your use. In case of loss, each bracelet will incur a charge of 75.
