This charming furnished studio is located on the quiet communal courtyard of a beautiful character building in the historical heart of Aix en Provence. It can comfortably accommodate 1 to 3 people on the first floor. The studio is equipped with secure WIFI and is ideally situated just a few steps away from famous attractions such as the Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, and the Quatre Dauphins place. The bus and taxi station are also nearby, as well as various shops. Additionally, the Carnot car park is just a minute's walk away, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. The TGV station is only 15 minutes away by shuttle, and the airport can be reached in 25 minutes by shuttle bus.The studio is located in the residential area of Mazarin and offers complete equipment, including linens that are provided free of charge upon arrival and changed weekly upon request. The accommodation is known for its cleanliness, warm decor, unlimited wifi, and a bouquet of international channels. Guests will also have the freedom to come and go as if it were their own home, making it the best choice for a rental housing experience.
The studio features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to avoid constant dining out and have the option to cook their own meals.

La visite d'Aix se fait à pied
Après un accueil chaleureux, nous avons constaté que la location de vacances était très propre et bien équipée. La location est au calme sur cour malgrè sa localisation idéale au coeur historique d'Aix en Provence. Il y a un parking 'carnot' à proximité ou la possibilité de louer un garage privé bien moins cher. La ville est sûre et magnifique. Merci Armand pour toutes les bonnes adresses.

séjour parfait
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement propre, calme et très bien situé au cur d'Aix. Les sites touristiques, les commerçants et les restaurants sont à quelques pas. La visite de la ville se fait à pied. C'est une merveilleuse ville. Merci pour l'accueil et les bonnes adresses.
