Welcome to our cozy guest house, located in a beautifully restored 18th-century mill house. With a property spanning 15 hectares and a picturesque 5-hectare lake, guests have the opportunity to enjoy carp fishing both day and night.

The ground floor of the house features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor, you will find a spacious suite that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, complete with its own bathroom and toilet.

For your entertainment, we offer satellite TV and a DVD player in all rooms. The charm of the house is enhanced by its original wooden beams and antique furniture throughout.

Situated in a charming small village, you will find all the necessary amenities just 2 km away, including a supermarket and various shops. Additionally, our location provides easy access to popular tourist destinations such as Tours, Blois, and Le Mans, all within a one-hour drive.

Directions

To reach the guest house from Paris, take the A11 motorway and exit at La Ferté Bernard. Proceed towards Saint-Calais and continue in the direction of La Chartre. The distance between the motorway and the guest house is approximately 35 minutes. If you are coming from Tours airport, the travel time is approximately 1 hour.
