The apartment provides a tranquil atmosphere as it does not face the street but rather overlooks a lovely green space, perfect for relaxation.The studio comprises of a spacious living room with a large bay window that opens onto a terrace, offering views of the surrounding greenery and a glimpse of the sea. Additionally, there is a separate and well-equipped kitchen with its own large bay window, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generous dressing room.
Equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, washing machine, iron, flat-screen television, and electric roller shutters, the apartment also offers the option of dining on the terrace. Families with children are warmly welcomed, as the apartment provides a bed umbrella, high chair, and bathtub for their convenience.
