I am a renovated old lady, standing for 270 years and recently updated in 2016/17. Despite my age, I offer all the necessary comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. Nestled in a tranquil oasis of greenery, your children and pets can freely frolic without the worry of grumpy neighbors or the proximity of busy roads. Rest assured that you won't feel secluded from the center of this quaint village, which is home to a bakery/pastry shop, a small grocery store, and a café-restaurant. However, if you require more extensive shopping options, you can easily reach Corlay, located 4.5 kilometers away, or larger supermarkets in Rostrenen and Pontivy. There is even a Super U in Saint-Nicolas du Pélem, just 9 kilometers from here. Furthermore, the beautiful bay of Saint-Brieuc and its beaches are only 40 minutes away, offering you the opportunity to enjoy stunning walks in the surrounding untamed nature. Additionally, there are numerous attractions to explore, such as Lake Guerlédan and its forest, as well as the Regional Park of Armorique.

As for the house itself, the ground floor boasts a spacious living room and lounge area spanning 50 square meters. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and features an American kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities. For cozy evenings, you can light a fire in the salamander (wood is provided). Additionally, there is a bathroom/laundry room and a toilet on the ground floor. Moving upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a 160x200 bed and a child bed measuring 70x145. The second bedroom is furnished with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, while an alcove provides a single bed. There is also a shower and toilet on the upper level. This house underwent a complete renovation in 2016, ensuring that it provides all the necessary comforts for a wonderful vacation. You can even enjoy listening to vinyl records on the stereo. For outdoor gatherings, you can make use of the vertical barbecue/rotisserie, which is not only delicious but also beneficial for your health.

Please note that this house operates on a septic tank system, which is common in rural areas. To preserve the flora, it is important not to use any chemicals (such as bleach) that could harm the system. Only use products that are compatible with septic tanks, and please refrain from throwing anything in the toilet (cleaning products will be provided). For your children's safety, the staircase is secured both upstairs and downstairs. Furthermore, there are additional amenities available for their entertainment, including a badminton set, a table football, and a swing in the garden.

Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by a charming young woman who will assist you with the check-in process and can also provide cleaning services if desired (charged at a rate of €15 per hour). Rest assured that your deposit will be fully refunded upon your departure, provided that everything is in good order.
