Description for Gite

Located in the midst of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, and offering a tranquil setting, this gite (sleeps 5 + 2) provides a stunning view of the beautiful hills of Gers. Adjacent to a restored cellar, this two-level gite spans 80m2 and features a private terrace and parking. Guests also have free access to the expansive 25,000m2 garden.

The gite consists of a kitchen that opens up to a dining area and a living room with an additional double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms - one on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 190) and another on the upper level with three single beds (90 x 190). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, two sinks, storage space, and a washing machine. There is a separate toilet.

The gite comes with a range of amenities including a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, and board games.

The price for the accommodation is €425 per week during July and August (weeks 30-31-32-33), while from week 34 onwards, the rate is reduced to €300 per week. Linen and towels are not provided. Weekend stays are available throughout the year, excluding July and August, and can be arranged upon request.

Guests are required to leave the gite clean upon departure. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of arrival. A security deposit of €250 is also required to cover any damages. Payments can be made in the form of holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfers, or checks in Euros.

During your stay, you will have the pleasure of meeting our two friendly donkeys, who always appreciate treats like carrots and hard bread. We also have two dogs and three cats, which is why we regretfully cannot accommodate outside animals.

There are plenty of leisure and activity options available during the summer. The Gondrin recreational aquatic park, with its 4,500m2 swimming area, water slides, wave pool, and paddling pool, is just 5km away from the gite. In Castéra-Verduzan, guests can enjoy thermal baths, a casino, a racecourse, and a recreation area with a supervised beach and water slide. Other nearby attractions include the Condom Aqualudique Recreation Center, canoeing in Condom and Beaucaire, and the Larressingle Medieval Camps, which offer activities such as crossbow shooting and medieval festivals throughout the summer.

For those interested in hiking, there are several trails to explore, and the Greenway offers a restored railway track for pedestrians and cyclists.
