Our charming cottage is perfect for up to 4 people. With a generous size of approximately 50 m2, it offers 3 ground floor rooms and a lovely bedroom upstairs. All rooms are equipped with efficient electric heating for your comfort.Situated independently, just 30m away from the main house, our cottage is nestled within a beautiful wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares. You will have your own private garden, as well as a delightful terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining and relaxation.
We provide convenient amenities for your stay, including a well-lit asphalted parking area and a garage that can accommodate bicycles or sailing equipment.
The main living area is a spacious and tastefully decorated room with large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space. Here, you can unwind on the comfortable sofa or chairs while enjoying the color TV. We also offer a selection of board games, books, and tourist information to enhance your leisure time.
Our cottage features a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and convenient double sink furniture. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for your convenience.
On the ground floor, you will find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160 X 190 bed and a bedside cabinet. Upstairs, accessed from the living room, there is another bedroom furnished with two beds measuring 90 X 190. This room is complete with bedside tables and a closet for your belongings.
For families traveling with young children, we are happy to provide a high chair and a cot upon request.

2. Continue on A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer.
3. Take Exit 36: Marquise.
4. Follow the direction of Marquise.
5. Descend the Ferber avenue.
6. Turn left after the Carrefour Market supermarket.
7. At the fire station, turn right towards Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
Access from England by Dover-Calais via the Channel Tunnel:
1. Take A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer.
2. Take Exit 36: Marquise.
3. Follow the direction of Marquise.
4. Descend the Ferber avenue.
5. Turn left after the Carrefour Market supermarket.
6. At the fire station, turn right towards Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
7. Upon arriving in Wierre-Effroy, cross the village and turn left after the church.
8. After approximately 500 m, you will reach a sign that says "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Descend the road to our house, which is white and has blue lavender.

1. Take A16 towards Calais.
2. Take the exit for Boulogne-sur-mer and N42 (4 lane road).
3. Take the exit for Le Wast.
4. After 2 km, turn left towards Wierre-Effroy on the direction of Marquise.
5. Before arriving at the village, on the left, you will see a sign that says "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Descend the road to our house, which is white and has blue lavender.
