This gite offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, designed for your comfort. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes. The living area features a dining table with 5 chairs, a comfortable sofa bed with a mattress, an armchair, a TV with DVD player, and WIFI access.The bedroom is generously sized and includes a 140 bed and a 90 bed. The beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies. Guests also have access to a 4000m2 park, playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a shared pool measuring 5x10m2, heated from June to September. The pool is treated with sea salt, ensuring a chlorine-free experience, and includes a hot shower and toilet.

If you are traveling from the north of France, it is recommended to take the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet, then continue on the A83 motorway and take exit 8 towards La Rochelle at Fontenay le Comte.
