Cannes City B & B is a charming guest house located in the western area of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The famous festival palace and the old town are only a short 12-minute bus ride away.

We take pride in offering two comfortable rooms with an array of amenities and services included. Each morning, we serve a delicious breakfast consisting of a variety of homemade products such as breads, yogurt, jams, fresh fruit salad, and pastries. We also provide cereals and pastries. During the months of April to September, you can enjoy your breakfast on our balcony, creating a truly magical experience.

In addition to our scrumptious breakfast, we also offer a range of services all included in our price. These services include bathrobes, toiletries, access to a washing machine and dryer, bicycles, linens, tea, coffee, still and sparkling water, and more.

We take great pleasure in welcoming our guests in a warm and friendly manner, making you feel immediately at home. We are always ready to engage in conversation and provide you with valuable information about our beautiful region. We have a wide selection of brochures and local information available for you to explore.

How to get to our house:

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:

1. By the Airport Express bus:
- Departure times from Nice: between 8am and 11pm
- Departure times from Cannes bus station: between 7am and 8pm
- Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Cannes, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to Cannes La Bocca market place (about a 10-minute ride). If possible, I can pick you up from the station for free, but please ask me by email in advance.
- Price: €20 for one way or €30 for a round trip
- Total travel time: approximately 1.5 hours

2. By a limousine service:
- Price: approximately €100 for a one-way trip
- Total travel time: about 40 minutes

3. By train (TER):
- Departure times from Nice: between 5:44am and 11:47pm
- Departure times from Cannes: between 5:30am and 11:30pm
- Price: from €5.80 to €9.60 for a one-way trip
- From Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to the "Arénas" stop. Then, walk for about 15 minutes to the train station:
- Cross Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (towards Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier)
- Turn right onto Boulevard René Cassin until you reach a traffic light
- Cross the road on the left, under the SNCF bridge (Route de Grenoble), and turn right onto Avenue Edouard Grinda to reach the train station.
- Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station.
- From there, head towards the city center on Avenue Francis Tonner. You'll reach the house in about 15 minutes on foot. If possible, I can pick you up from the train station with the car for free, but please ask me by email in advance.
- Total travel time: approximately 2 hours

4. By our home-made pickup service:
- I can come and pick you up at the airport at your arrival time. Look for me holding a sign with your name in the luggage delivery area.
- Contribution cost: €30 (for fuel, tolls, etc.). The airport is about 35 km from the house.
- Please ask me by email in advance, as this service is only available if I am not working during your arrival time.
- Total travel time: about 35 minutes

Local Transport:

Bus lines:
- To Cannes center: N°1 Palm Express, N°2 Palm bus, N°2° Palm bus
- Night bus: N1, N2, N20 (operates from 3am, one bus per hour from midnight). A taxi ride during the night costs about €12-€15 from Cannes.

To Le Cannet Center: N°11 Palm bus
To Grasse: N°610 Tam bus

Train station:
- Cannes La Bocca station connects to various destinations from Italy to Marseille. It is also easy to reach Nice center (35 minutes), Monaco center (60 minutes), St Tropez center (45 minutes), and Antibes center (15 minutes) from here. You can also take a train to Vintimille, the closest Italian city, for the large Friday market in 1 hour and 15 minutes from Cannes.
