Welcome to la Ferme de Marchezais, a charming rural gîte located near Paris, Normandy, and Chartres. Nestled within a picturesque farm, this accommodation offers a unique experience with pony breeding. With a three-wheat-ear rating, this private 116 m² space provides ample room for relaxation.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as a WC and bathroom for your convenience.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms await, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both share a shower and WC.

To reach Serville, the last farm on your left, follow these travel directions: Take the exit toward Marolles from RN12, located between Houdan and Dreux. Once in Marolles, head towards Anet. When you reach Marchezais, turn left and continue until you reach Serville. The farm will be on your left.
