Description for B&B:

The farmhouse, originally constructed in 1838, has been converted into a charming Bed & Breakfast with five cozy rooms. Our recreational building, known as the Blue Lagoon, offers a variety of activities such as sports, games, art, and workshops. It is also available for weddings, festivities, and reception room rentals. Additionally, we have set up a mini camping area in the meadow.

Each of our five bedrooms features a private bathroom with a separate toilet. These rooms create a Small World of their own, each named after a place in the world that has left us with beautiful and cherished memories. All of the bedrooms offer stunning views of the garden and the mountains beyond. We offer five double rooms for our guests.

Situated near the Col de Bonhomme, the Hohneck, and the lakes of Xonrupt Longemer and Gérardmer, PtitMonde is an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts seeking tranquility or motorbike fans looking for a place to rest and recover. From our terrace, you can even catch a glimpse of the Route de Crêtes. After the hard work we have put into our yard, it has transformed into a beautiful sunny garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun. You can unwind by the pond, in a hammock, on the grass, or in one of the many shaded sitting areas. If you're in the mood for ping-pong or table football, or if you want to explore our mini flea market or enjoy some music, the Blue Lagoon is the place to be.

During the winter season, our guests will feel right at home at PtitMonde. The ski resorts of La Bresse, Gérardmer, and the Lac Blanc are all conveniently located nearby. Next to our property, you can follow a picturesque trail with snowshoes. At the end of your day, you can relax near the fireplace in our central living room, while enjoying a warm cup of Glühwein or hot cocoa.

Food is a significant aspect of the experience at PtitMonde. We take great care in preparing all meals with fresh ingredients. Our dishes reflect the flavors and culinary traditions we have encountered during our travels around the world. Our three-course dinner is a culinary journey that takes you around the globe.

Start your day with our generous buffet breakfast and surprise yourself with a delightful PtitMonde lunch.

For dinner, we offer a three-course meal from our diverse world cuisine. The flavors we have discovered during our travels will surely surprise you. Our dishes can transport you from France to Russia, from Spain to Indonesia, and from Italy to Africa. Every meal is thoughtfully prepared using fresh ingredients, many of which come from our own vegetable garden. We also cater to vegetarian dietary preferences.

For coffee enthusiasts, we have a luxurious espresso machine that can prepare a wide range of coffee beverages, from ristrettos to latte macchiatos. It also offers different temperature settings for hot water, catering to tea lovers. Speaking of tea, we have an extensive selection of (herbal) teas, including our own homemade herbal blends.

If you have any dietary restrictions, such as gluten allergies or if you follow Chris Verburgh's food hourglass diet, please let us know, and we will accommodate your needs.

For lunch, we can provide you with our convenient lunchboxes, which include fruits, snacks, soft drinks, and a sandwich made with French bread or our homemade bread. Alternatively, you can enjoy a choice of warm and cold meals in our dining room, including fresh smoothies, wholesome cakes, salads, deluxe sandwiches, and homemade soup.

Our buffet breakfast is a feast for the senses, featuring homemade bread, fresh fruits, boiled eggs, croissants, chocolate bread, homemade brioche, or fresh French bread from a local bakery. We also offer cottage cheese, muesli, tea/coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juices, homemade jams, honey, butter, cheese, and cold meats.

Throughout your stay, coffee and tea are included, and the entire Bed and Breakfast is equipped with central heating.

PtitMonde warmly welcomes guests in all seasons.
