This accommodation features two large glass windows facing south and west, providing ample natural light. The interior, covering an area of 40 m2, includes a dining table with six chairs, a convertible sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a wardrobe. Amenities such as a television, telephones, and Téléséjour are available. The kitchen area includes a sink, two sleeping areas, a gas stove with a large oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Crockery and utensils for six people, as well as an electric coffee maker, blender, and toaster, are also provided.

The main bedroom, covering 20 m2, is connected to the terrace through a glass window, and another large window faces south. It is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a single sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a writing desk. The second bedroom, measuring 15 m2, has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom features a washbasin and a shower, and there is a separate toilet. Electric rolling shutters ensure complete darkness when desired.

Outside, there is a shaded terrace with a table and armchairs, as well as a private swimming pool located just 30 meters away.
