The villa has undergone a complete restoration using ecological materials, particularly for the interior decoration which is coated with lime and earth.Being committed to the energy transition, the Collet has chosen solar and wood energy to produce heat for hot water and heating.
Located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Alps d'Azur, in La Penne, this villa offers a stunning landscape and vast panoramic views of the Alpine foothills of Grasse, the Arpille, and Mont Vial.
