La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor. It features a cozy bedroom for two, complete with a comfortable double bed measuring 160x200cm and offering picturesque views of the surrounding fields. The gîte also includes a private bathroom with modern fixtures for your convenience. Additionally, there is a small sitting area where you can unwind and enjoy a newspaper or a captivating book while taking in the beautiful scenery.Situated below the gîte/studio is a delightful summer kitchen. This well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your breakfast or enjoy a simple meal if desired. Through the double doors, you will find your private entrance and a lovely terrace exclusively for your use. The kitchen comes furnished with a fridge, dishwashers, a two-burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. You will also find an assortment of pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens at your disposal.
The gîte is available for weekly rentals with rates ranging from 385,00€ to 448,00€, depending on the season. A minimum stay of five nights is required. If you prefer, we can also provide a delicious breakfast served in the summer kitchen or on the terrace for an additional cost of 7,50€ per person per day.
Alternatively, La Clôture can be booked as a Bed & Breakfast option. With a minimum stay of two nights, rates range from 65,00€ to 79,00€ per night, which includes a delightful breakfast.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our home, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Directions
To reach your destination, start by following the road signs for Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy, specifically the N764, for a distance of 800 meters. Then, continue on the D778 for 2.5 kilometers in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Afterward, you will notice a small road on your right leading to "La Florida." Immediately take a left turn onto a dead-end road, which is only 25 meters away. The house, named "La Clôture," can be found right there and is the first house you will encounter.
If you are using GPS, the instructions may differ slightly. Simply follow the guidance for La Bagatelle in Lanouée. After passing La Florida, at the end of the country road, you will see a sign on your right indicating La Clôture. The coordinates for the location are Latitude: 47.98024159 and Longitude: -2.58971572.
