Welcome to our charming cottage, "the Gâtinelle," where old stones, green building, and 3-star comfort come together. We have recently renovated this cottage with love and care, ensuring that your holidays are filled with comfort and tranquility in a protected environment. Our farm has been organic for over 30 years.Located just 5 km away from the medieval city of Parthenay, our cottage offers proximity to prestigious destinations such as Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin, Vendée beaches, and Futuroscope. You will have no shortage of festivals, walking circuits, swimming areas, and opportunities to explore and experience the beauty of our Gâtine region.
Inside the house, you will find a spacious and bright living room that opens onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful wooded valley. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds and a single bed. Additionally, there is a mezzanine with a convertible sofa that can accommodate two people. The bathroom offers an Italian shower, and the well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. Outside, you can enjoy a garden and a playground for your children, complete with a small above-ground pool, trampoline, swing, and table tennis.
During your stay, I would be delighted to give you a tour of our farm, where you and your children can participate in milking goats and learn the secrets of our cheese manufacturing. It's a wonderful opportunity to create lasting memories with your family.
