CINNAMON is a charming house located in the beautiful AZUR FRAGRANCES villa in Mougins. Our house can accommodate up to 12 people and offers a warm welcome throughout the year. As you enter, you will be greeted by our stunning terrace and garden.

Guests will have access to the ground floor of the villa, which includes a terrace for relaxation, smoking, playing cards, and engaging in conversations. It is also the perfect spot to enjoy your summer breakfasts or meals, either by opting for our custom host tables or savoring grilled dishes on the barbecue. Additionally, Christian opens his pizzeria every evening in the summer, while Sabrina organizes special dessert evenings to delight your children. There is also a "karaoke" and cartoon movie nights in the living room, as well as a garden with swings, a slide, and a swimming pool equipped with sun umbrellas and a "bronzing and idleness" corner for everyone to enjoy.

Throughout the year, we, along with our children, reside in the house and welcome guests into our spacious living room called "Amber" with a fireplace for breakfast or guest tables. We are happy to provide information about the region, including recommendations for visits, walks, and other activities.

The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by villas, with all amenities conveniently located nearby, such as shopping stores, the year-round heated Municipal swimming pool in Mougins, bus stops, fitness centers, bakeries, restaurants, and the boutique-cinema-bowling in Cannes, which is only 1.5 km away. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Lerins Islands, the Valmasque Forest in Mougins, and the Golf courses. We are also adjacent to the year-round heated Municipal pool "Campelières" and the Cannes Superior Dance School "Rosella Hightover."

CINNAMON is a charming cottage located on the upper floor of our villa, offering a picturesque view of the garden and pool. With a spacious area of approximately 20 m2, it comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests (with an option for a third guest at an additional charge of 15 Euros). For families with young children, we provide a complimentary baby cot and an umbrella bed for children under the age of 3 upon request.

The cottage features an en-suite shower, sink, and a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and electric stove with two burners. The toilet is separate and shared, conveniently located in the hallway.

In addition to the cottage, guests are welcome to enjoy the ground floor of our villa. A communal main terrace is available for your dining pleasure, equipped with tables and chairs, as well as a barbecue for your grilling needs. The garden area is perfect for children, with swings, a slide, and various games. A communal pool with comfortable deckchairs is also at your disposal.

The Cottage Studio CINNAMON offers a cozy sleeping space with a double bed measuring 180 cm by 90 cm (two mattresses), and we can provide an additional bed for children aged 3 and above for an extra charge of 20 Euros. The room is furnished with storage cupboards, a dresser, a dining table with two chairs, a television, and free wifi throughout the villa.

Free parking is available within our condominium, and the surrounding area is filled with shops for your convenience. The vibrant city of Cannes and its beautiful beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.
