Welcome to Cottage de la Lande, nestled in the charming village of Yvetôt Bocage, surrounded by apple orchards and picturesque fields. This cozy Normand house is ideally located just 25 minutes away from beautiful beaches, approximately 20 km. Additionally, it is conveniently situated 1 hour from Caen and 2 hours from the famous Mont Saint Michel.Perfect for a family or group of 4, the cottage offers a delightful stay. The 900m² plot of land surrounding the house is a haven for both young and old, providing ample space for outdoor games and memorable evenings around the barbecue. Inside, the house is newly renovated and fully equipped with a comfortable living area, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The bedding has been carefully chosen to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests, regardless of age.
For those traveling with bicycles or other equipment, a cellar is available for storage. Additionally, a terrace with barbecue facilities and garden furniture is provided, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor space.
The rates for the cottage are as follows:
- High season (June, July, and August): €270 per week
- Low season (September to May): €200 per week
- Weekend rate: €120 for 8 people
- Optional cleaning and bed linen services are also available.
