This cozy Normand house is ideally located just 25 minutes away from beautiful beaches, approximately 20 km. Additionally, it is conveniently situated 1 hour from Caen and 2 hours from the famous Mont Saint Michel.Perfect for a family or group of 4, the cottage offers a delightful stay. The 900m² plot of land surrounding the house is a haven for both young and old, providing ample space for outdoor games and memorable evenings around the barbecue. Inside, the house is newly renovated and fully equipped with a comfortable living area, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The bedding has been carefully chosen to ensure a good night's sleep for all guests, regardless of age.
For those traveling with bicycles or other equipment, a cellar is available for storage. Additionally, a terrace with barbecue facilities and garden furniture is provided, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor space.
The rates for the cottage are as follows:
- High season (June, July, and August): €270 per week
- Low season (September to May): €200 per week
- Weekend rate: €120 for 8 people
