Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms available. The villa is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet access. A spacious veranda with a sea view opens onto a large wooden deck, while two other shady terraces are located on either side of the villa. The property is surrounded by a large garden measuring 1300m2, filled with fruit trees. Vincendo beach is easily accessible, either by a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. This beautiful beach offers several small coves of black sand and is available for swimming, although it is not supervised. Nearby, you can also explore Rivière Langevin and lava flows. The rental price varies depending on the time of year, with rates of 490 euros per week outside of school holidays, 560 euros per week during school holidays, and a weekend formula available for 290 euros. Linen is provided, and cleaning services can be requested for an additional 60 euros. Additional photos can be provided upon request.
