This house features a spacious ground floor with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, and a small laundry room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds and a double bed (with an additional click clack bed if needed).

The house is well-equipped with various utensils and dishes, a coffee maker, microwave oven, conventional oven, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, washing machine, aerothermal heating, and a 70 cm TV.

Outside, there is a courtyard, lawn, garden table, chairs, and a sun lounger.

This rental is available throughout the year and can be booked for a month, week, or weekend.

The rates for October to April are 200 per week, September, May, and June are 270 per week, and July and August are 340 per week. The weekend rates range from 120 to 180 depending on the period.
