La Fontaine Airmeth is a charming cottage located in the heart of Brittany, just 1km from Ploërdut. With its two delightful rooms, guests can enjoy a peaceful stay while exploring the beautiful Scorff valley and the renowned city of Guéméné-sur-Scorff. The house itself is a traditional representation of the surrounding hamlet.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we embrace an eco-friendly lifestyle, utilizing organic and local food for our French breakfast. We also offer alternative breakfast options upon request. Our environmentally conscious practices extend to the use of ecological cleaning products, composting areas, and separate bins for different types of waste.

In addition to providing a comfortable accommodation, we also organize workshops and nature visits, focusing on topics such as gardening, bees, and forests.

On the first floor, the Passiflore room offers a spacious and bright environment for 1 to 3 people, with a comfortable double bed (160*190) and an additional armchair-bed (90*180). This room has a private shower and toilet. The Mandragore room, also located on the first floor, provides a cozy and romantic atmosphere for 1 to 2 people, featuring a double bed (140*190) and a private bathroom with toilet.

Both rooms include French breakfast, consisting of organic and local produce. Bed linens and towels are provided as well.

Within the hamlet, guests can immerse themselves in nature, surrounded by animals, forests, tranquility, and a special garden showcasing medicinal plants and herbs. Various activities such as massages and animations are also available.

In the surrounding area, there are ample opportunities for trekking, fishing, horseback riding, exploring historic sites, indulging in delicious food at local restaurants, visiting farms and markets, engaging in sports activities, and enjoying the scenic Guerledan lake and Arrée mountains.

We offer special rates for families, and the option to rent the entire house as a "gîte".

Directions

To reach the guest house from Ploërdut's town center, follow the Lignol road for a distance of 1 km. As you proceed along the straight road, make a left turn upon spotting the blue sign for La Fontaine Airmeth. Descend down the road until you come across the guest house distinguished by its blue windows.
