Perfect for a maximum of 2 people, this studio is attached to a house with contemporary architecture, providing you with a sense of independence and privacy.Situated just 1 km away from the center of Sarzeau and 2 km from the beautiful Roaliguen beach, you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of this remarkable environment. The studio is designed with comfort in mind and furnished with great care. It features a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe, and cupboard. The seating area includes a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Additionally, there is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cupboards, a hood, induction hob, fridge, washing machine, table, chairs, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom boasts a shower corner, sink, and toilet.
