Description for B&B:

The farm, constructed in the 19th century, had a prominent role in housing highly successful horses and breeding foals until around 1970. It served as a central hub for a major equine business and provided accommodation for workers. Presently, three of these buildings have been converted into breeding facilities, known as "Estuary," "Médoquine," and "Gironde." The historic and expansive structure underwent renovations to preserve its rural charm. Situated on 13 acres of lush meadows at the outskirts of town, the farm offers a rejuvenating retreat to reconnect with nature. Our way of life and picturesque land have captivated many, and we invite you to experience it for yourself.

We have three guest houses and two splendid rooms available, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay with your family or friends (maximum capacity of 25 people). Located just 8 kilometers away from stunning beaches and 3 kilometers from the estuary, we find ourselves at the heart of the northern Médoc, aptly nicknamed "Petite Camargue." As you explore our meadow, you will encounter our playful donkeys, adorable pygmy goats, ponies, and other delightful farm animals roaming freely.

Come and discover the joy that awaits you in our enchanting surroundings!

Appréciations pour Ferme du Marais, Saint Vivien de Médoc:

Ferme du Marais - gite Margaux
Review by: Georges B., Mai 11 2016 4:22PM
Super gîte: propreté, déco, tout équipé même les allumettes pour le barbecue; très spacieux même à 10 personnes; les enfants ont appréciés les animaux. Sans oublier la gentillesse des propriétaires. Bravo
