Located in the heart of the picturesque Orne region, the charming hamlet of FOUQUIERE is a true representation of the rural heritage of Lower Normandy. With its traditional facades, authentic fireplaces, and bread ovens, this historic hamlet has witnessed the adaptation of countless generations since the 14th century. Nestled amidst lush orchards, meadows, and woods, the Hamlet Fouquières offers a serene and idyllic setting.

The hamlet boasts a range of facilities and amenities, including a heated pool, an equestrian center, vast acres of land, and a beautiful orchard featuring 70 majestic apple trees. Guests can also explore the enchanting sunken lanes adorned with hedges, as well as the peaceful ponds and meadows where horses graze.

Within the hamlet, there are 5 apartments situated around a spacious 160 m2 ballroom. The ballroom is available for rent, making it an ideal venue for weekend weddings. Additionally, we offer holiday rentals from Monday to Friday.

One of the accommodations available is the House of Flowers, which can comfortably sleep up to 11 people. With its fully-equipped kitchen, 2 showers, and 2 toilets, this cozy house is available for a 4-night stay at 700 euros, 2 nights at 450 euros, or 1 night at 300 euros.

The Houses of Hélianth and Squirrel are located on top of each other. Hélianth features a living room, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. It also has a south-facing terrace at the rear. On the other hand, Squirrel offers a dormitory with bunk beds for 10 people, another dormitory for 15 people, 2 double bedrooms, 2 showers, and 2 toilets.

With the capacity to accommodate up to thirty people for both festivities and overnight stays, these houses are perfect for family gatherings or group vacations. The rental price for both houses is 600 euros per night or 1500 euros for a 4-night stay from Monday to Friday.

The House of Fil Rouge spans across 3 levels. On the ground floor, guests will find a 30 m2 dining room-kitchen equipped with modern amenities. There is also a 30 m2 room featuring a grand fireplace and traditional granite flooring, along with 2 double beds. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a toilet, and a spacious double bedroom. Lastly, the second floor offers a dormitory with 6 beds. This accommodation can comfortably host around ten people and is available for 310 euros per night, 450 euros for 2 nights, or 750 euros for a 4-night stay from Monday to Friday.

For those seeking a cozy and intimate setting, the Room of Etienne is a perfect choice. This 36 m2 studio includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, a dining area, a large double bed, and a sofa. Ideal for 2 to 4 people, this cottage can be rented for 110 euros per night, 2 nights for 150 euros, or 4 nights for 250 euros.

Last but not least, the Country's Oven Bread is a charming double room with its own separate toilet and shower room. This accommodation can be rented for 65 euros per night, 110 euros for 2 nights, or 200 euros for a 4-night stay.
