For those who enjoy cycling or hiking, there is a trail right at the foot of the residence. All necessary amenities are within reach, with various shops and restaurants just 2km away, including a bakery, newsagent, supermarket, and more.
The apartment itself is well-equipped and consists of an entrance, a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with an open kitchen that opens onto the terrace, and a bedroom with a comfortable 140 bed for two people.
