Lovely relaxing stay
We received a great welcome from Thierrey and Florence at Le Peyrat. They could not have been more helpful with recommendations for wine tastings, restaurants etc.Their home is relaxed, full of character and beautifully tranquil in the heart of the vineyard country. Their garden and pool was a highlight with our children and breakfast in Florence's kitchen was a lovely relaxed affair (the confiture framboise was delicious!). We will definitely be back.
Directions
To reach "Le Peyrat" from Bordeaux, drive towards Lesparre and continue until you pass Saint Laurent Médoc. After that, make a left turn towards Chateau Fourton-Peyrat. Drive for about 200m and then take a right turn. Keep going for another 500m until you reach "Le Peyrat".
If you are coming from Lesparre, turn right after passing the "Le Paradis" camping site. Head towards le Chateau Fourton Peyrat to reach your destination.
