Description:

Description for B&B:

In this peaceful village, there is a house that comes with a spacious park and complimentary parking for your car, which is a stark contrast to Vallon Pont d'Arc where parking spaces come at a cost. Conveniently located near the house, you will find a snack bar as well as the option to take a leisurely stroll to a restaurant in the village for a meal. Additionally, there are numerous delightful attractions to explore in the area. One such attraction is the newly discovered Pont d'Arc cave, where the first artists in human history created a breathtaking masterpiece depicting horses, lions, and rhinos in the midst of dynamic motion and fierce battles. Fast forward 36,000 years, and a remarkable collaboration between scientists and artists has resulted in the unprecedented reconstruction of the Chauvet-Pont d'Arc cave, making it an unparalleled achievement in the world.

Directions

Travel directions revised:
Take Highway A7 until reaching Montelimar north. From there, continue towards Le Teil and Aubenas. At the Lavilledieu crossing, turn left towards "Vallon Pont d'Arc". Just before reaching Vallon, take a right towards "Barjac" and cross the pont de l'Ardèche. After driving for 2 km, turn left towards Labastide de Virac. Upon arriving in the small village, follow the road until you reach the town hall. Then, proceed slowly and take a small rising road called chemin des Combalets, which has a red panel indicating a snack bar. Next, turn left onto Chemin de Cougoussa. Look for a painted blue and wooden-colored portal in front of Nr 233 – you have arrived!
