With its 4-hectare park, heated pool in the tropical garden, and green space, it invites relaxation. Lauzerte, a medieval town, offers all the necessary shops and facilities. There is a typical market on Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings, as well as gourmet markets in July and August. The area offers various activities such as swimming, fishing, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, parachuting school, golf, and hot air ballooning.The property offers the following accommodations:
- Suite "Safran" with 2 separate bedrooms (1 four-poster bed of 140), and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds of 90. It also includes a bathroom and toilet.
- Small suite "Bambou" with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140) and an adjoining small attic bedroom with 1 single bed of 90. It features air conditioning, a bathroom, and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen is 15m² and includes 4 induction plates, a hood, a refrigerator with freezer, a built-in electric oven, childproof features, a dishwasher, a recessed microwave, and all necessary dishes and appliances.
The rental also features a corridor with access to 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is 18.50m² and includes a double bed (160x200), a bedside cabinet, a chair, and a table. The second bedroom is 12m² and includes 2 single beds (90x200), shelves, and a bedside library. The third bedroom is 22m² and includes a double bed (140x200), a bedside cabinet, a secretary, and a chair.
