This spacious and serene apartment measures 94 m2 and consists of three bright and comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate toilet, a large corridor with plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room that combines modernity with traditional Alsatian charm. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the picturesque Alsatian houses and is heated with gas.

The apartment is furnished with two double beds (140X190) and two single beds (90X190), all treated to be anti-dust mite. The sheets provided are of excellent quality, woven by a skilled Alsatian weaver.

The bathroom features a bathtub-shower, a washbasin, a towel rack, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Innocent maiden appliances, including an American refrigerator with a freezer, refrigerator, and ice cube dispenser, an induction stove, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a complete set of coordinated dishes. Other amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and smoke detectors.

The spacious living room boasts two large leather sofas that can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player with a USB port for viewing photos, and a mini sound system with a USB port for playing your favorite songs. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and authentic Alsatian furniture, creating a well-maintained and stylish ambiance. Additional beds can be added upon request.
