The main room includes a kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, iron, and washing machine. Crockery is also provided. Additionally, there is a dining area, lounge with television, books and games, video player, and WIFI access.

The bedroom features a spacious and comfortable bed, offering picturesque countryside views. There is also a newly furnished fireside area with a stove and cozy armchairs. Separate from the bedroom, there is a WC and bathroom with a shower.

On the terrace, guests can enjoy a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. In the private park, there are also garden loungers available for relaxation.

Welcome to 'La Louvière' at Moulin de la Louve, located in the beautiful Parc du Morvan in Burgundy, France. We offer a lovely two-room self-catering accommodation in an old water mill, available for nightly or weekly rentals (minimum two nights).

Situated on a huge isolated property with a stream and stunning hilly surrounding countryside, our gite is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. Whether you're stopping over, house hunting, or visiting this historical and gastronomical region, our gite provides the ideal base. It's also a great place to unwind and relax.

Conveniently located only 5 kms from Saulieu and 5km from the Chamboux Lake, guests can enjoy fishing, water sports, or swimming in the nearby area. Additionally, we are just 30 minutes away from the 'Avallon' motorway exit on the A6, making it easily accessible from the south.

Our fully equipped and private cottage is situated on the first floor of the mill. It features one large room with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting room, complete with a selection of books, music, DVDs, and CDs for your entertainment. The bedroom offers a spacious double bed, and there is a separate shower room and WC. The gite is tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Outside, guests can enjoy their own stoned private balcony area with a table and chairs, adorned with beautiful flowers. A barbecue is also available for those who wish to indulge in some outdoor cooking.

Directions

To get to your destination, follow these revised travel directions: Exit the South Motorway at Avallon and continue on the N6 towards Saulieu. From Saulieu, take the D15 road that leads to Autun. Upon reaching the small hamlet of Macon, make a left turn, and then take a right after passing the small lake.
